❓ The problem

Modern society relies heavily on a wide range of industrial ingredients, from polymers to pigments and specialty chemicals, that are currently produced either from scarce natural resources or from fossil fuels.

This creates a fragile, unsustainable supply chain that cannot keep up with growing global demand.

💡 Our solution

Our micro-organisms produce industrial ingredients directly from renewable feedstocks. They are able to deliver high-quality, carbon-negative alternatives to conventional molecules, with a reliable and flexible supply chain, and without reliance on fossil fuels or harmful inputs.

We are hosted at the Institut Pierre-Gilles de Gennes in the heart of Paris, we have validated a proof of concept and achieved the first successful syntheses of key ingredients in the lab.

⏭️ What is next

We are seeing strong commercial traction, with multiple letters of intent from potential partners in diverse industries (materials, food, cosmetics, apparel). Our next milestone is to scale up production and deliver the first prototypes to our customers within 12 months.
